Tampa Bay Let's Play is a free, community-driven resource for tennis and pickleball players in the Tampa Bay area. By using this resource, you agree to the following guidelines.
Our community guidelines describe what's welcome and what isn't. By using TB Let's Play, you agree to follow them. The short version: be respectful, be honest, and keep the courts welcoming for everyone.
We screen content for prohibited material. Content that violates our guidelines may be blocked, hidden, or removed. We use automated pattern matching to catch obvious violations (like hate speech and threats) and human review for everything else. You can report any content that doesn't belong — posts, comments, messages, forum threads, reviews, or profiles. Reports are reviewed by admins and are confidential. Misusing the report system (for example, mass-reporting someone to harass them) is itself a guideline violation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you violate community guidelines, your account may be warned, temporarily muted (you can browse but not post), temporarily suspended, or permanently removed. The severity depends on the situation. You can appeal any restriction by contacting support@tampabayletsplay.com.
When you post reviews, photos, forum threads, or feed content, you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant TB Let's Play a non-exclusive license to display it within the community. You can delete your content at any time. We may also remove or hide content that violates community guidelines.
Court details (hours, conditions, availability) are community-reported and may not always be current. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. Always verify with the facility directly for critical details.
This resource is provided as-is, free of charge. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any injuries, disputes, or issues arising from matches arranged through the platform.
We may update these terms as the community grows. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated through the platform.
