When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, skill level, preferred format, and home area. If you upload an avatar or court photos, those images are stored securely. All data is stored in our Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We never will.
We automatically screen content you post — messages, posts, forum threads, comments, and reviews — for prohibited material like hate speech, threats, and spam. This screening uses pattern matching, not AI or third-party services. Content that doesn't pass screening is blocked or flagged for human review.
When you report another user's content, we store your report (reason, optional details, and timestamp) for admin review. Reports are confidential — the reported user does not see who reported them. Admins review reported content and may take action including content removal or account restrictions.
We monitor usage patterns to detect abuse — for example, rapid-fire posting, repeated unwanted messages, or mass-reporting. These signals are flagged for admin review. No automated actions are taken against your account without human review.
If your account is muted or suspended, we store the restriction details (type, reason, duration, and issuing admin) to maintain an audit trail. This information is visible to you and to admins. All moderation actions taken by admins are logged for accountability.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.
You can update or delete your profile at any time. If you want your account and all associated data permanently removed, contact us and we will process your request promptly.
